It was a ton of fun! Kellen played peek-a-boo with the people behind us and overall just flirted with anyone who would look at him. One of the girls behind us called him a dumpling. I can't say that I've ever heard a child called that before, but it does seem to fit his chubby cheeks. Haha

I didn't get a picture of all our friends who came, but here are the ones that lasted through the 9th inning.

Those of you who know my little dumpling, know that he has some irrational fears (carousels, dogs, blow-up bouncy houses...). Based on previous experiences with new things I fully expected him to be deathly afraid of the fireworks after the game. He surprised me though. He LOVED them!! He pointed for probably half of the fireworks show and mimicked me in saying WOW. He even clapped, with a huge grin on his face, right on cue at the end. The only thing that could have made the evening better was a cool breeze!

Looks like you guys had a blast. We are taking Bailey to watch Team USA play Japan in softball in a few weeks. We are excited about that.
How cute! I love the family photo at the end of your post. So fun. :-)
