Three Months Old

~ Anna has become fairly verbal. She is cooing and smiling most of her awake time.

~ Every time someone says "oooo" or "ahhh" she will break out into a smile. If I want her to smile for a picture, we say those sounds and it never fails. Strange, I know.

~ She is nursing 5-6 times a day (every 3-4 hours).

~ Her morning nap typically last 2.5-3 hours. The rest of her daytime sleep is still fairly unpredictable.

~ At night she will sleep from 10:30ish until sometime between 6 and 7. She has started waking up around 3 am, but I typically give her a pacifier and she goes back to sleep. As any stranger on the street can tell, she doesn't need to eat in the middle of the night. She gets plenty of calories during the day. Ha!

~I moved Anna into Kellen's room at the beginning of the month. Not the most ideal situation, but it is working okay.

~Her head is very stable and she now likes to put weight on her legs and stand.

~Finger and thumb sucking are occurring more often (sorry grandma). In the last day or so she has consistently found her first two fingers on her right hand. I know I will regret it later, but for now it is SO cute!
