They even took turns pushing one another.

While we were outside, Kellen took his first major tumble. He fell off the back step and face planted on the concrete.
The fall resulted in two raspberries on his forehead and another on the side of his nose. It was the first fall that has resulted in blood. Granted it was a minuscule amount of blood, but noteworthy just the same. If you look VERY carefully you can see his raspberries in the picture below. :)

I watched two of my friend's toddlers fall and get bloody knees last week and it nearly brought me to tears. What am I going to do with Kellen falls and really hurts himself?!?! I'm not sure I'm cut out for this phase of motherhood!

You will make it! Just remember to stay strong so that Kellen will be strong! He will be looking at you for how he should respond.
I agree with the comment above and want to add that fainting at the sight of K's blood may not be a good idea. Hehehe! :)
I am the same way!!!!!! I am so uptight when he is running around or running too fast or just playing too rough. I cringe all the time just at the thought of him getting hurt badly. But yes it's true, if don't react crazy when it does happen then he won't freak out as much :) Easier said than done though :)
I recommend that you start carrying band-aids in the car--Christopher's first scraped knee was at a park right after he learned to walk, and a very condescending mom gave me a band-aid because I didn't have any. I learned my lesson! :)
And if Kellen has a bad tumble, call an experience boy mom . . . we have plenty of stories to make you feel better!
