Poppy

Thank you for praying! Poppy's surgery went well. The doctor removed 1/4 of his bladder, as planned, and was able to reconstruct the the remainder of the bladder. However, they discovered that the cancer had spread into one of his kidneys. The plan now is to remove the cancerous kidney in 4-5 weeks--if the other kidney appears able to take over all functions. Please continue to pray for Poppy as he recovers and prepares to go back into surgery. God is good!
