Truck & Trips

Look what happened to Tandon's truck last night on his way home from work. Bummer, huh? The highway backed up and came to a screeching halt. He didn't have time to stop and the shoulder was blocked off by concrete barriers. He rear ended the lady in front of him and she rear ended the man in front of her. No one was hurt, just dinged up their cars. This is the first accident that Tandon has been in that was been considered "his fault." He's really good at avoiding potential wrecks, so I'd say that's a pretty good record. Let the paperwork and phone calls begin! :-)

On a lighter note, Tandon is going to Virginia next week for work so Kellen and I are flying to Michigan to visit my BFF, Shanna. We leave tomorrow and return Saturday. Super excited about seeing Shanna and her family!!

WHEEE

Every time I open the door leading to our garage, Kellen toddles as fast as he can and climbs into the wagon. He sits there saying "WHEE!" over and over. It is hilarious!!! I finally captured it on video tonight.

Envy

Kellen and I have made friends with the 3 year old neighbor girl. We often visit with her through the fence that separates our yards. She has a sandbox. Guess who REALLY wants his own sandbox?

Sandbox shopping is officially on the schedule for this weekend with Daddy.

Oklahoma Again

We took another quick weekend trip to OK. Grandpa and Daddy were both there this time!
Mowing with Grandpa
Kellen said "Poppy" a few times this weekend. (On a side note, Poppy is doing fantabulous! He will be driving and back to his old self in no time!)
Walking with Grandma
All tuckered out!

Rainy Saturday Afternoon

I found a new cookie recipe on a random blog and decided to try it.

The cookies didn't turn out very pretty, but Kellen and I sure enjoyed the dough.

Cookie dough is the only reason to make cookies, right?
